Pest Control Measures Update

Dear Residents,

As you know our building is currently dealing with a pest infestation on 2 fronts: bedbugs in specific units and cockroaches that we believe are originating from B1 and B2.

Management is working with City & Country and Orkin to address these as a matter of urgency. Summary of next steps and timelines below:

Bedbugs

• K9 inspections started on August 01, 2024. Management is waiting for the new
  schedule to finish all the units on floors 1, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 17, 18 and 19, to be provided as
  soon as we have it.
• Treatment of affected units will follow, and residents will be notified if access is needed
  to treat the units.

Cockroaches

• Spraying of common elements ongoing (bi-weekly), B1 and B2 have been sprayed, last
  treatment was performed on July 31, 2024.
• Targeted treatment of infestation in the garbage compactor room is also in place, last
  treatment was performed on July 31, 2024.
• Units reporting any pest activity to Management are being scheduled for treatment.
